This agreement has an allowance for VHLC members to publish 14 journal articles per year as Open Access in Oxford University Press hybrid journals only (Column D on the linked spreadsheet). The agreement doesn't cover journals that are fully open access.
These will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. The corresponding author must be affiliated with Austin and use their Austin email address when submitting their article.
Oxford University Press also has a CAUL agreement. If you are eligible for both, please publish via the CAUL deal.
