Submit your work to ResearchFest collection on AHRO

Step 1: Log in or create an AHRO account

• Log in to your AHRO account  OR Create an account if you do not have one:

Create an account

• Enter your email address and click 'Register'.  
• A link to the registration page will be sent to the email address you provided.
• On the registration page, enter your details and create a password. Select 'Complete registration.'
• The Library will email you when your registration has been completed and you can submit your work.
   

Step 2: Submit your work

1. Sign on to AHRO
2. Go to My AHRO

3. ​​​​​​ In My AHRO click 'Start a New Submission.'

4. Within Default mode submission, from the drop-down menu select 'New titles' collection to submit to
5.  Click 'Manual submission' to proceed
6.   Select item and content types and click 'Next'
   1. Type of item: Conferences
   2. Content type: Text and image

7. Enter the details of the publication including:
   1. title of article or poster
   2. full names of all authors
   3. affiliated organisations (departments)
   4. date of publication (July 2024)
   5. Name of conference (ResearchFest 2024)
   6. location of conference (Austin Health)
   7. your ORCID (can be blank) 
   8. complete citation information
   9. abstract (can be the text of the abstract you submit or a description of the impact of the work submitted for ResearchFest 2024)
   10. description (ResearchFest 2024)

7. Click 'Next' to proceed
8. Upload the file of your poster. In the description list author’s name eg. Author et al, ResearchFest 2024)
9. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your submission, including granting an AHRO distribution licence.

Your submission will go to ResearchFest team for approval. You will be notified by email when your submission approved and your publication is available publicly in the ResearchFest collection during the conference.
