All Austin Health staff are members of the Library upon commencement of their role. Mercy Heidelberg staff and students are eligible to join the Library, along with students on placement at Austin Health. Please complete the membership form.

Austin Health staff should use their Austin network IT credentials if prompted to login. If you have forgotten you IT password, please contact IT for assistance.
For Mercy Heidelberg staff and students and students on placement with Austin Health, your Library username is the barcode on the back of your Austin Library membership card, including the letters. You can reset your password at any time.
If you see the message "your membership has expired" please contact us on library@austin.org.au and we will reinstate it for you.
You can renew your library loans 3 times, unless another person has placed a hold on the same book.
If the book you are renewing is overdue, contact us and we can extend the loan for you (again, unless there is a hold on the book).
The Library bookroom is open Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. If you cannot make it to the Library during these hours, email us at library@austin.org.au and we will loan the book to you and arrange an out-of-hours collection.
The Library space is available 24/7 via security card for all Austin Health and Mercy Heidelberg staff. Library staff are unavailable Vic. public holidays.
